Church Center, a mobile and web app from Planning Center, is one of the fastest ways to stay connected to Center Grace. Church Center is designed specifically for Center Grace and allows you to view the church directory and calendar, register for events, view groups you attend or lead, make donations to Center Grace, and make sure your contact information is up to date.

Follow the steps below to get started!


Church Center is available from the web and also as a mobile app that you can download for free. Download the app or view it on your desktop following the links below:

1. Download the App

Web Login

  • When you’ve opened Church Center in your browser, select “Log in” at the top right corner of the page.

(You’ll only have to do these steps the first time you open the app)

  • Click “Get started”

  • Choose “Search manually” and type in Center Grace and Beverly, MA

  • Tap on the Center Grace logo and confirm by tapping “This is my church”

3. Get Connected

  • Next, you’ll be prompted to enter your phone number (or email if you prefer). Enter the six-digit code you receive back via text (or email if you chose that option). 

  • If you already have a profile in Planning Center (from serving, being in a small group, registering for an event, filling out a connect card, or online giving, etc.), you’ll be asked to verify your name. If you don’t already have a profile, you can create one at this point by adding your name and email!


Now you can add your contact information and photo:

  • Choose the profile logo on the top right of the screen 

  • Tap your name and update your photo and contact information here 

  • Then click “update”


Only the information you choose to share is included in the viewable church directory (and this directory is only viewable by those who have been invited to our password protected community). To select which information you would like to share, please follow the steps below:

(Please note, you will need an invitation to view the directory and to add your information. If you do not see the “My Directory settings” option as mentioned below, please click on the directory logo from the menu on the bottom of the page and then click “contact us for help” and we’ll send you an invitation.) 

  • Choose the profile logo on the top right of the screen 

  • Select “My Directory Settings”

  • Choose which information you would like to share by checking the boxes beside the information. 




Once you’ve downloaded or opened the app and logged in, you’ll be able to take advantage of all sorts of features. Here are some of the most commonly used sections:

  • Home - The main Home tab provides links to our online worship services, social media accounts, and church contact info. 

  • Groups - Use the Groups tab to search and sign up for a small group or bible study, view information about your group, and find contact information for other group members. 

  • Events - The Events tab allows you to see upcoming events at Center Grace and register yourself or other members in your family. Once registered for an event, you can view or update your registrations in your profile. 

  • Giving - Church Center makes online giving simple and convenient. In the Giving tab, you can set up a one-time or recurring donation. In your profile you can manage your saved cards or bank account and make updates to your recurring donations. 

  • Profile - When you’re logged in, you can tap/click on your profile icon in the top right corner to verify and update your contact information. In this profile view, you can also view your groups, event registrations, and giving information. If you don’t already have a profile photo, feel free to upload one!
